Starting therapy is not easy, especially when having to tell a total stranger things that you may not have vocalised to anyone before. The first sessions will be exploratory where I will learn more about your background, current circumstances, relationships and what brings you here at this particular time.

I have a 48-hour week day cancellation and rescheduling policy. Please inform me of any rescheduling or changes as early as possible to avoid being charged in full.

Yes, therapy is your safe space to share your inner thoughts. Everything said will be completely confidential, unless I consider your life or someone else’s life is at risk.

The length and number of sessions vary depending on every client and the treatment plan formulated after our initial assessment.
However, I would usually recommend starting with 8 to 12 therapy sessions. This would allow for deeper exploration and the development of a therapeutic relationship between the client and the therapist.
