Child & Adolescent Psychotherapy
individual Psychotherapy
Child and adolescent psychotherapy offers a safe space for children and teenagers to express and make sense of their world, feelings, thoughts and current challenges.
Similarly to adults, significant life changes and challenges can make life difficult to navigate. And while it’s normal to feel sad, anxious or worried, it’s also important to seek care and help when we want and need more support or when difficulties don’t resolve in our own time. Children have their own way of viewing and understanding the world, and they use drawings, games, and play as their favourite language to communicate their innermost feelings.
I’m currently offering online sessions. For in-person sessions, I offer appointments at various clinics in Central London. However, those fees will depend on the mental health centre’s policies.
Adult Psychotherapy
individual Psychotherapy
We’re all different and unique and may come to therapy for various reasons. Some people come to therapy to better understand who they are and delve deeper into their past and history. Others come for specific goals. Some, because they don’t want to go through life alone.
This is why there is no one-size-fits-all regarding therapy, and my approach is tailored to you. I’m trained in multiple modalities and will adapt my work according to what will benefit you the most throughout your therapy.

Clinical Supervision
online
My practice is firmly rooted in the belief that a safe and supportive environment is essential for the growth of other clinicians and practitioners. This emphasis on safety and support instils a sense of security in my supervisees, enabling them to develop their awareness and practice. We will work together to co-create a reflective and compassionate space, where acceptance and non-judgment are key. This space will be free of judgement, while we remain mindful of the ethical aspects of our profession and its impact on our lives.
My work is influenced by my background as a clinical psychologist and integrative psychotherapist, understanding the importance of a biopsychosocial modality and relational work.

how it works
1. Discovery call
Before your first appointment, we will schedule a free 15 to 20-minute phone call. You’ll have the opportunity to share your goals, express any worries, and ask questions about the process. This call allows us to determine whether we’re a good fit to work together. If it feels right for both of us, we will schedule your first session and begin the journey.
2. Initial assessment
Our first sessions will focus on exploration and guidance. You may want to address specific topics or events or engage in free association to increase self-awareness. Together, we will build the foundation for therapy, ensuring you feel settled in your space. We’ll collaborate to create a formulation, personalized treatment plan, and goals tailored to your unique needs, expectations, and preferences.
3. Ongoing therapy sessions
The focus of therapy will adapt to your evolving needs and goals. Sessions may explore freely or target specific changes and behaviors. Therapy is a dynamic process that often shifts over time, and we’ll review progress every 8 to 12 sessions. This ensures our work remains flexible and aligned with your circumstances. Each 50-minute session focuses on making positive, effective changes in a way that feels meaningful to you.
